Who are EPC For You?
EPC For You offer the lowest quotes for Commercial EPCs and EPC certificates in Newcastle. Our award winning service is the first choice for many home and business owners for getting their Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) when they are selling or letting a property in Newcastle.
It is a legal requirement that a property being advertised must have the Energy Efficiency Survey done and the EPC certificate available to all interested parties and agents will not allow an advert on any website until this is done.
Our Promise
At EPC For You we aim for not only the best EPC quotes available but also the best customer service. Our customers can visit our website and get a quick quote by filling in a quick enquiry form or if preferred can call our friendly bookings team who will help get a price and suitable survey date if required.
Our energy assessors covering Newcastle are fully qualified and accredited professionals who have their energy surveys audited to make sure that we provide accurate EPC certificates. The on site survey process includes the assessor visually inspecting the full area needing an EPC and taking details on heating types & controls, building fabric along with many other details. He/She will also take photos and calculate the area size which is an important element for the Energy Performance Certificate Score. We aim to get the completed Energy efficiency certificate to you as soon as possible but advise 72 hours so that you can advise any solicitors or agents with a deadline.
Why pick EPC For You
We don’t ask our customers to pay up front which other companies will insist on. You only have to pay after the energy assessor has been to the business premises or property so you know that you get the service you are paying for.
If you advertising your property on a property website then you may need a professional floor plan created which we can also help with. Ask our bookings team for a quote and examples.
